Lindinhof would not be a success without its team members. Here’s a quick look at the women who keep Lindinhof going.
Megan McIsaac is the president of Lindinhof Equine Sports Zentrum. She founded Lindinhof (which is named for her parents, Linda and Donald “Dinny” McIsaac) in 2000 in order to develop both a dressage training program based on German methods and a reputable sales facility.
Megan’s ultimate goal is to represent her country in the Olympics, World Cup, World Equestrian Games, CHIO Aachen; in the meantime, she wants to be known for her quality dressage training and for her ability to match the right horse to the right rider. She enjoys working with all types of horses and riders and is committed to helping riders find horses that enable them to follow their dreams.
Megan has been riding and training dressage horses for 30 years. She is a USDF Certified Instructor through 4th level. In 2010, she was the eleventh person in the country to have earned all six USDF medals, both the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals and the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Freestyle Bars. In 2014, Megan and her horse, Kingsley, were National Champions at the US Dressage Finals in KY. Also, in 2014, Megan and Buenos Noches were Champions at 4th-3 at Dressage at Devon in PA.
After years of harassing her parents, Megan started taking riding lessons at the age of eight. Since then, she has worked with a number of trainers. She spent a year in California with Olympian Hilda Gurney when she was fifteen. For four years she worked with US International rider George Williams at Tempel Farms in Wadsworth, Illinois. She has been a clinic participant with Conrad Schumacher, Steffen Peters, Michelle Gibson, Lisa Wilcox, Lars Peterson, Betsy Steiner, Mette Rosencranz, Jeff Moore, and Olympic judge Anne Gribbons. From 2003 to 2005 she attended the USDF Young Rider Graduate Program. She was also a participant in the Wisconsin State Horse Council’s Olympic program and the 2006 Hilltop Young Horse Symposium. In the winters of 2006 & 2007, Megan was sponsored to train with Olympian Christine Traurig in California. For 7 years, Megan worked with International dressage judge Jayne Ayers. Megan is currently working with Kathleen Raine and hosts clinics with Jennifer Kotylo and Jeremy Steinberg.

Not only is she a parent, but she is an advisor to Megan. She has vast experience in business, having established and managed two businesses of her own. Linda is either behind the scenes in the office or seen helping out at shows or events that Megan and Lindinhof clients attend. There is nothing better than her homemade chocolate chip cookies! Thank you, Linda, for all your help!!!!
