A Rewarding Career Built on Hard Work, Determination, & Love For Sharing Dressage Excellence

Megan McIsaac

USDF Certified Instructor through 4th level, FEI Competitor, Horse Matchmaker, and President and Head Trainer of Lindinhof Equine Sports Zentrum

Lindinhof has been my dream – to develop both a premier dressage training program based on German methods and a reputable sales facility with high-quality imported horses. Since 2000, we’ve worked hard to build Lindinhof to this ideal and create a community atmosphere where riders, owners, and buyers will feel welcome and supported.

Another important piece of the Lindinhof puzzle is our exceptional lesson program that teaches children and adults to become better dressage riders. Whether you are looking for a first-time experience with a horse or you are interested long term lessons and leasing programs, we have the horse and Instructor for you! Our seasoned string of schoolmasters helps riders at all levels achieve their dreams every day.

I really enjoy celebrating my students’ successes and matching with the right schoolmaster that not only fits their abilities but safely challenges them to excel and try to reach new heights.

I also really enjoy mentoring instructors and having them be a part of the Lindinhof Team! Everyone has a different learning method and everyone has a different teaching method! I feel blessed to have a team of instructors, who bring different teaching styles and experience to Lindinhof!

Ever since I started riding at 8, when my parents finally gave in after years of begging for lessons, I have worked hard to make my dream a reality.

I’ve been riding and training for more than 30 years and have achieved my USDF Certification Instructor through 4th Level.

In 2010, I was the 11th person in the country to have earned all 6 USDF medals – my Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals and the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Freestyle Bars.

2014 was also another notable year for me. Kingsley and I were National Champions at the US Dressage Finals in Kentucky and Buenos Noches and I were Champions at 4th-3 at Dressage at Devon in Pennsylvania.

Eleven years after earning all of my USDF Rider Medals, USDF created the Diamond Achievement Award in 2021 and I was one of the first to get a pin!

Always Moving Forward

In August of 2022, I received The Dressage Foundation’s Team Tate Mentorship and Leadership Fund Grant which provides financial assistance to dressage professionals to further their business, leadership, and riding skills.

The grant will enable me to improve my leadership and communication skills through an entrepreneur workshop and monthly leadership coaching with Bedros Keuilian. I’ll also continue working on my Grand Prix movements with my mentor, Kathleen Raine, in California.

In addition to working with Kathleen Raine, I also regularly host well-known clinicians, and plan to continue to host USDF workshops!

And while I haven’t ridden for a U.S. Team yet, that’s one dream that would definitely be the cherry on top! In the meantime, I’ll keep working hard and pushing forward.

“I’m off to a great start on this new adventure!”
“I recently purchased a horse from Megan at Lindinhof Equine Sports Zentrum and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Megan was very thorough every step of the way.
I purchased an incredibly trained horse, which was a step up for me. Megan was
willing to coach me through a ride before I purchased. She was also available for lessons as I got to know my new horse.
Megan was very helpful in pointing me to the right people to fit a new bridle and saddle for my new horse. I am off to a great start on this new adventure!

I would definitely recommend Megan and Lindinhof to help you find your next unicorn!”
